Leadership

FAWCO relies on the experience, skills and dedication of its leadership to keep the lines of communication open between FAWCO and its Member Clubs. Learn more about these important volunteers below and find further resources if you’re in one of these positions.

FAWCO Reps

Each FAWCO Club has a FAWCO Rep who brings information about FAWCO to their local club and reports back to FAWCO about initiatives, programs or events taking place with their club. The 2nd VP of Member Clubs is a FAWCO Rep's direct line to ensure a good relationship between FAWCO and the club.

If you are a FAWCO Rep, you will find many tools to help you do the best job possible and to bring FAWCO successfully to your club. Browse the resources and let us know if you have any questions or would like to see something else to help you be a great FAWCO Rep.

Club Presidents

Additionally, FAWCO works directly with Club Presidents through the Club Presidents’ Coordinator. FAWCO loves to invest in and help develop clubs and the Club President is a great person to start with.

If you are a Club President, you recieve the quarterly email Bulletin, the Club Presidents’ Post, with information and resources specifically for you. There are also Club Development resources which FAWCO provides to help you improve your club.

Regional Coordinators

FAWCO Member Clubs are divided up into 10 different regions around the world, and each region has a Regional Coordinator who bridges the connection between FAWCO and that region, and between the Member Clubs in that region. The Regional Coordinator plays a large role in planning and executing the Regional Meetings and developing the relationship between sister clubs in their region.

If you are a Regional Coordinator, find resources for planning a regional meeting and much more.
