AODVC (Americans Domestic Violence Crisis Center) is currently experiencing a gap in funding. The international hotline, 866uswomen, will continue to be answered by advocates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing emotional support, safety planning, lethality assessment and referrals to other resources. It may however take longer than 24 hours to respond to emails. Live chat will not be available until further notice.AODVC does not have the resources to provide cash assistance for emergency needs, housing, danger to safety relocation, counseling or legal assistance. They understand how difficult this is in a time of crisis and will restore full services as soon as financially possible.
